The littlebridge.com website and all associated packages, the Little Bridge educational package, merchandise and DigiPals are created, developed and maintained by Little Bridge World (Little Bridge World Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 7776020, with its registered office at The Gatehouse, 2 Devonhurst Place, Heathfield Terrace, London, W4 4JD, United Kingdom).

Little Bridge World is the licencee of all the materials that appear on this website, including Trade Marks, trade names, slogans, logos, graphics, designs, images, text, including all copyright, trademark, patent, moral rights and other intellectual property rights thereto ('Content'). All such rights are reserved and no unauthorized use of the Content is permitted.

When you sign up to littlebridge.com, including via a ‘trial’ or ‘demo’ code:

• 1. you understand and agree that you are accessing Content provided to you by Little Bridge World and Little Bridge World continue to own that Content. Little Bridge World will provide you with the best service it can, notwithstanding factors beyond its control. Little Bridge World does not promise that you will always be able to access your account. Little Bridge World provides Content on an 'as is' or 'as available' basis and does not promise that the site will always be available or work perfectly. As permitted by law, Little Bridge World excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of littlebridge.com, including any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages and Little Bridge World shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation.

Unsolicited Information:

Please don't send any unsolicited material (including but not limited to ideas, suggestions, notes, inventions, drawings, designs, models, concepts, techniques or similar) to Little Bridge World or littlebridge.com. Any confidential and/or proprietary submissions that we did not request will be destroyed. Any non-confidential, non-proprietary material will be considered the property of Little Bridge World.

Anyone linking to littlebridge.com must not suggest or imply affiliations to littlebridge.com or Little Bridge World, if no such link exists. Any link must not refer to or show littlebridge.com or Little Bridge World in a misleading, false or derogatory or otherwise offensive way.

Representations and Warranties:

No representations or warranties are given as to whether littlebridge.com complies with the regulatory regimes or laws of any other countries apart from the United Kingdom. Any legal matters that arise will be subject to the laws and jurisdictions of the courts in the United Kingdom.

Use of littlebridge.com (including the DigiPals community), and these terms, is subject to the laws and jurisdictions of the courts in the United Kingdom.

Little Bridge World is a principal on its own account and does not act as agent for you or any other person. If Little Bridge World does not enforce any provision of this agreement, this will not be considered a waiver of any provision or right. In the event that any part of these Rules, Terms and Conditions are held to be unenforceable, such part will at Little Bridge World's option, be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Subscription Prices to littlebridge.com are determined by Little Bridge World, who reserve the right to change them from time to time.

Subscriptions can currently be purchased in pounds sterling (GBP), Euros and US dollars.

Subscriptions include sales tax or VAT as appropriate and in accordance with local regulations.

Little Bridge World accepts a variety of different payment methods (direct, via distributors/resellers/through retail purchases of books & merchandise) and will continue to expand these options whenever possible or appropriate.

Credit card purchases are processed through a secure payment processors. Online purchases will be displayed on customer's billing statements.

Subscriptions will be converted to local currency at the time of online purchase by the customer's financial institution or credit provider.

Access to littlebridge.com will become available as soon as possible once a subscription has been purchased and access codes are released.

Additional fees for online purchases (including subscriptions) at littlebridge.com may be charged by credit card providers for cross border transactions.

None of these fees are received by Little Bridge World or are the liability of Little Bridge World.

The payment provider is subject to regulation by the British Financial Services Authority (FSA)

All credit card and bank account information is stored by the payment provider solely in encrypted form in a high security centre on servers that are not connected to the internet.

All collection and storage of sensitive information by the payment provider conforms to the requirements of the Data Protection Act.

All online subscriptions must be authorised by the primary account holder and Little Bridge World reserves the right to refuse subscribers.

Subscriptions are non refundable and non transferable.

Subscription packages can be renewed and changed, once the initial minimum term has expired.

Cancelled subscriptions will continue for the full remaining period of the package purchased and can be reactivated at any time during this remaining period. Once the subcription has expired your account and all associated data will be deleted and you will have re-subscribe to access littlebridge.com.

Little Bridge World reserves the right to cancel a paid up subscription without a refund upon breach of the Rules, Terms and Conditions of the site.

For home licences: *This is for home use only and not for use in institutions with multiple users.

Problems with 'log-ins' purchased by third parties should be directed at the participating reseller/retailer where the 'log-in' was purchased.
